Sterling Elementary Counseling

I’m Sterling’s school counselor and here to help! My job
is to deliver a school counseling program for ALL
students. I will do this by collaborating with teachers and
stakeholders to provide data-driven classroom and small
group lessons to bolster school climate and resilience,
provide individual crisis counseling, and connect students
and families to resources when needed.

3 Big Targets this Year at Sterling (Based on Survey Data):
 

1. Educate all about the school counseling program and purpose
2. Classroom lessons on friendship and handling conflict
3. College/career awareness lessons
